Before your first withdrawal, rv999 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submitting a photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (National Identity Card) and a selfie for facial matching. rv999 may request additional documentation at any time if required for compliance, fraud prevention or account security purposes.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting rv999 support is a breach of these Terms. rv999 will treat any chargeback as evidence of fraudulent intent, resulting in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant payment fraud prevention services.
Once a bet is confirmed on rv999, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event settles. Markets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or event. In cases of ambiguity, rv999's trading team's decision is final. Disputes regarding market settlement must be raised within 48 hours of the settlement date.
In-play (live) betting markets on rv999 are subject to suspension during critical moments of an event. rv999 is not liable for any loss of opportunity to place or amend a live bet arising from market suspension, connectivity issues or latency in odds updates. Bets placed during a brief suspension window may be accepted or voided at rv999's discretion depending on the circumstances.
All crash games and casino products on rv999 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer setups from licensed third-party providers. Results are determined by the game system independently of rv999. In the event of a technical interruption during a crash game round or casino hand, rv999 will resolve the situation based on the records available in the game system — which are considered the authoritative record of events.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rv999. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the balance will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in your favour, funds will be released and the account reinstated. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any funds derived from the breach will be forfeited.
